So Says Street Rat

Sitting on the bathroom sink,
Aidan: Look mommy, I've got my twinklers twinkling up here. Oh, they stopped.

Taking off his boots,
Aidan: I've got boot feet. Look at my stinkers.

    "Eww, what smells like boot feet?" Futurama, am I right? What I really want to know is what Aidan's twinklers were doing and why they stopped.
